Our marks
The following are trademarks claimed by Gove RNAI Technologies Inc. and/or authorized affiliates, including GovernAI Inc., as applicable, and used in Canada and the United States:
- GovernAI™ — word mark;
- The GovernAI ring logo — the concentric cyan, green, and red ring design with the central “G”;
- “For All Humanity”™ — slogan.
The ™ symbol indicates marks in which we claim rights, whether or not yet registered. Unauthorized use of these marks, or of confusingly similar marks, is prohibited.
Copyright
All Site content — text, graphics, logos, designs, and software — is protected by copyright owned or controlled by Gove RNAI Technologies Inc., GovernAI Inc., their authorized affiliates, or content suppliers, all rights reserved, and protected under the Canadian Copyright Act, U.S. copyright law (Title 17), and international treaties. Do not distribute our brand or content materials without written consent.
Permitted references
You may refer to GovernAI by name in truthful, nominative ways (e.g., news reporting, commentary, compatibility statements) provided you: (a) do not alter our logo; (b) do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement; and (c) do not present our marks more prominently than your own. Any other use — including merchandise, domain names, app names, or social-media handles incorporating our marks — requires written permission: info@governai.ca.
No government affiliation
GovernAI™ is the brand used by independent private companies, including Gove RNAI Technologies Inc. and GovernAI Inc., as applicable. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any government or government entity, and nothing in our branding should be read to suggest otherwise.
Third-party marks
Apple is a trademark of Apple Inc.; Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC; X, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, GitHub, YouTube, and Facebook are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on this Site is referential only and implies no endorsement.
